Services

Subspecialty interpretation, not a general queue.

MR · CT · XR

Musculoskeletal

Bone, joint and soft-tissue imaging for orthopedic, sports medicine and pain practices.

MR · CT

Neuroradiology

Brain, spine, head and neck imaging, including advanced and post-operative sequences.

CT · MR · US

Body Imaging

Chest, abdomen and pelvis interpretation across the full spectrum of adult pathology.

CT

Sinus CT

High-resolution sinus protocols interpreted for ENT and allergy referrers.

Advanced Neuroimaging

The TBI Program: objective evidence where conventional imaging falls short.

Our dedicated TBI program pairs diffusion tensor imaging with quantitative volumetric analysis to measure what standard sequences can't, producing objective, reproducible findings built to withstand independent review.

White-matter integrity

DTI with 3D Tractography

Maps white-matter tracts fiber by fiber, visualizing disruptions in structural integrity that are invisible on conventional MR sequences.

Quantitative volumetrics

NeuroQuant® Analysis

Automated brain-structure volumetry compared against age- and sex-matched normative data, replacing visual impression with precise measurement.

Coverage & Integration

Built to run inside your workflow.

Continuous coverage

A distributed team of U.S.-based radiologists staffs the reading room 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and holidays. Continuous coverage for predictable turnaround.

Integration without friction

Our HL7 interfaces normalize DICOM header variation across PACS and RIS platforms, eliminating redundant data entry. Secure VPN connectivity transmits studies directly from your scanners to our PACS: fast, encrypted and cost-effective.

Why STAR Radiology

Accuracy you can defend. Turnaround you can plan around.

Subspecialty routing

Every study is matched to a board-certified radiologist with focused subspecialty expertise.

Physician-led

Quality standards are set by people who understand what a report must do for the clinician reading it.

Reports that answer the question

Comprehensive, clinically actionable reporting written to resolve the referring question, not boilerplate impressions that push the decision back to you.
